EXAMINING THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE ACHIEVEMENT ORIENTATIONS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WITH LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS

In this study, it is aimed to examine the variables that affect achievement orientation of university students with logistic regression analysis. Gender, age, education program students, academic grade point average, order preference for entrance, mother's level and father's constitute independent demographic content. Enjoying learning new information working in a job daily life, desire prove their current abilities, be better than peers business ideal physical disability are other research. The “2x2 Achievement Orientations Scale Revised Form” developed by Elliot Murayama (2008) adapted into Turkish Arslan Akın (2014) was used determine students' orientations. population research consists undergraduate Recep Tayyip Erdogan University. sample study 155 determined purposive sampling method. analysis predict success students. As result analysis, seen mother’s skills were predictors.
